This Blister detector is designed quality control system with simple structure and technology at moderate price. A slight blister is detected surely and a product defect is informed to operator by electronic horm. This detection device is dies(wiping die) type not an optical type which causes a detection mistake by dirt, dust and so on. It can be connected to Max 24 lines, and the number of blister detection of each line is indicated in the control box. |
