This Take-up machine is installed out-let of coating oven and it is to rotate capstan roll and take-up wire from in-let of coating oven. Capstan roll is kept at the fixed speed because of driving by ES motor, so that saves wire swing in oven and prevents wire brake down. Wire speed can be easily adjusted by our own made Digital speed meter. Roll of Take-up machine can ratio-operat with roll of Draw-out machine. Capstan roll is water-cooled to prevent form heat-up by coated wire. There are 2 kinds of machine. 1-speed type and 2-speeds type.
